Our Partnership
McCord's Vancouver Toyota is a proud partner of the T-Ten and Cascadia Tech Automotive Program. We currently have 4 first year students and 4 second year students that are employed in our service department and in paid Student Internship positions. Upon graduating the program, the student is able to join our Repair Team as a full time Toyota Certified Repair Technician.

T-TEN Certifications
T-TEN students achieve Toyota Certified Technician status with the hands-on diagnostic and repair skills needed to succeed in your dealership. But T-TEN programs can't be successful without the support of dealers like you!
Graduate Certifications
T-TEN graduates achieve Toyota Certified Technician status—and can reach Expert level with additional ASEs. Students pass a minimum of 2 ASEs and have 640 internship hours at a Toyota or Lexus dealership. Graduates employed at a Lexus dealership must complete L005 prior to being certified, and will be eligible for Senior Technician status after graduation.
TMNA Resources for the T-TEN Program
- Curriculum and resources needed to train students to the certified and expert technician level
- Approximately 25 - 30 Toyota or Lexus vehicles
Adopt A School
We are also a member of the Adopt A School Program through the Cascadia Tech Automotive Program. We mentor Student Interns in the shop with our Master Technician Team.
Support local high school automotive programs and provide a connection between potential technicians and industry. You can help by bringing awareness at the high-school level with career opportunities.
