Discover clients wants and needs
- Ask Questions and listen to the customer's response to determine wants, needs, and details that are important to them.
- Use supporting tools if needed to help clients gain knowledge of the vehicles features and capabilities.
- Determine vehicle of interest
Complimentary Trade evaluation
- Offer our clients a complimentary trade-in value while they are looking at the vehicle of interest. This offer applies whether they are trading in or not and on any make or model. We will supply the client a current market value of their car and a free CARFAX.
Vehicle Presentation/Demo
- Present all technology, safety and performance options that are important to your client's vehicle of choice. If we don?t have the exact model they are interested in we will locate one out of our region wide Toyota allocation.
- Test drive offered to allow the client to get a good feel for the vehicles handling, capabilities and that it meets their expectations. Make sure you give driving opportunities to all parties involved.
Purchase/Lease option presentation and final Paperwork
- Gather all pertinent information to allow us to give accurate Purchase/Lease option to the client. Show the client our Pre-discounted McCord's value price along with any applicable Manufacture incentives. Understand clients purchasing requests and offer expertise on the different purchase or lease options we have to offer.
- Show the accessory options we have available for their vehicle of choice.
Finance Documentation
- Client will be introduced to our Finance Manager who will finalize their purchase documentation.
- Finance Manager offers clients aftermarket extended service contract options as well as aftercare products to help protect their vehicle and pocketbook.
- During this time the Sales professional will have the client's car detailed and fuel tank filled.

The complimentary Health in section and Trip check in section may be performed without a service appointment, however for east of convenience and fast service you may want to schedule an appointment. Any dealer or manufacturer discounts will be fully disclosed and separated from McCords value price. College grad and military rebates are not included.
